FR: toggle copilot completion

I think an explicit keybinding for showing copilot completions would be nice. I usually want to code without copilot distracting me, but sometimes I still want it when I forget how to do something. Currently, I have to toggle the "Code completion" option between github and none to achieve this functionality.
