Cercanías: Owned by the national train company Renfe, similar to S-Bahn in the German-speaking nations, present in all the major metropolitan areas in Spain. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cercan%C3%ADas (separated as Rodalies de Catalunya in Catalonia, where it is mixed with FGC, see below)
Feve: Narrow gauge rail network operated by the national train company Renfe. Part of it is integrated into Cercanías. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renfe_Feve#Commuter_services https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renfe_Feve#Servicios_de_cercan%C3%ADas (Spanish Wiki is more updated)
EuskoTren: Basque Country regional government rail services. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euskotren_Trena
FGC: Catalan regional government rail services. Includes part of Barcelona Metro (already in mapsme), suburban (commuter) rail lines in Barcelona and Lleida as well as other regional lines. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferrocarrils_de_la_Generalitat_de_Catalunya
FGV: Valencian Community regional government rail services. Apart from Valencia Metro, it also runs the Alicante Metropolitan Tram, which is a regional Tram-train/light rail system. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alicante_Tram
SFM: Majorca island services. Runs the Palma Metro and rail lines. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serveis_Ferroviaris_de_Mallorca
