Markdown primary agent is not seen to use /session against

plan and build agents successfully use the tool
But if I ask plan agent to use /session to pass the task to review agent - it sends it to build agent
review agent is defined in `OPENCODE_CONFIG_DIR`/agents/review.md
I am able to switch to it manually
But not with session tool
