prevent event on zoom

Hi, I have installed this utility with success. However, there is a case where is not working as expected which is when I click the zoom control to zoom in or out. In this case I would expect no event being triggered since position is expected to be the same.

Is there any easy way to prevent from firing when pressing zoom in and zoom out control?

This is working as intended, as a zooming map is not considered to be settled. However, it would probably be a useful addition to be able to distinguish a zooming map from a moving map, so if you came up with a solution since you posted this, please share. I will label this as a possible enhancement in the mean time.
