Ja es gibt bereits Shelly BLU 4 Geräte, vieleicht passt einer oder Du kannst diesen als Vorlage nehmen für ein PR.

Geht leider nicht, der von mir gemeinte läuft mit zigbee (zb in der Bezeichnung). Der wird leider nicht gefunden.

Yep, there is a Version with "ZB" in the name (like for most of the BLU devices, they got an Zigbee update lately) which is already listed here:

Based on the fact that the bthome switch is already available, it should be easy to take this as a reference in terms of button placement and image for an easy adaption to the ZB version. I cannot do it right now, as I do not have the switch yet, but when I get mine I can take a look and make a PR for zigbee2mqtt support.

Thanks @pumikachu for the pointer! I've added a Zigbee2MQTT blueprint in v5.3.6: Shelly BLU RC Button 4 ZB (SBBT-104CUS), with press, press 2x, press 3x, hold and hold (released) per button.

It's built from the Zigbee2MQTT converter and the Shelly API docs, since I don't have the device myself. press 2x / 3x and hold (released) need Zigbee2MQTT 2.9.2 or newer, and the device has to be reconfigured once after updating. If you (or anyone) get one, I'd be glad to hear whether every button and action triggers the right box in the live monitor.
