make IGV use local hg19.fasta

Hi,

I use following command on a linux  server but got errors,  " failed for url: http://dn7ywbm9isq8j.cloudfront.net/genomes/seq/hg19/hg19.fasta.gz"

but the server is not connect to internet, so can igv_plotter use a local reference fasta as IGV?
