What should the format of the test data be in Example 2 #12

In the Example 2 section of the README, based on the code you provided, my understanding is that this code can predict the corresponding score for the combinatorial mutants (multi-point mutants) in the test data that I provide. If this is correct, what should the format of the test data be? Should it be a TSV file with only a single column of mutants? Additionally, can ECNet generate high-scoring combinatorial mutants from my single-point mutants? If so, this would significantly advance the directed evolution of proteins.
Thank you for your answer.
