spflow dependency not working

The modelbase dependency 'spflow>=0.0.39' is messed up SPFlow/SPFlow#72
So installing it is not possible.

Switching back to Python 3.5 from 3.8 solves that problem.

Actually this doesn't work. I've tried every python interpreter and version 3.5, 3.6, 3.7 and 3.8.
