sometimes i have a telephone call with a person, that was invited via "attendance" former and has not answered yet.
would be could, if i - as the admin and the owner of the invitation - set the answer for that person...

So you want to be able to add an answer on the appointment itself? Meaning there should be an option to "set attendance for a person" where you search for the name and then click yes/no/maybe?

Or where would you envision the feature, how do you think the flow should look like?

yes, please - exactly that: a button or an option (may in the "antwortübersicht" as shown in the screenshot) like "set answer for user" with yes/no/maybe

Cross-reference: related to #58 (store answer history with timestamps). If admins can set answers on behalf of users, an audit trail showing "set by admin X on date Y" becomes especially valuable — pairing these for implementation planning.
