TypeScript traverses the candidate sources, merges first-source fields, tracks provenance, evaluates gate relations in process and applies blocked > deferred_ready > runnable with conflict warnings. Python keeps quota acquisition, the shared open_user_gate_todo_items selector, persisted-field codecs, public redaction, grouping and Markdown. The request carries only the candidate containers. Frozen JSON/Markdown characterization for both consumers stays byte-identical; the unused scalar relation operation is retired.
