How often does plexrequests interact with a connected api

I've connected sickrage to plexrequests (server test was good), but was wondering when plexrequests interacts with sickrage (or any addon)? Does it send the new data each hour? 4 hours? 6 hours? etc? 

Basically wondering how much time between a request and sickrage starting to populate so it can do it's thing?
