Input pins turning into outputs or not accepting values from connected wires

Unfortunately I mistakenly overwrote the save with the broken part, but here it is anyway incase it's still of some value.

The U/!D input somehow outputs a value, and some output pins don't pass on their states to connected wires.
I have no idea what's going on here...

This may be a duplicate of issue #88.

The issue is expected to be resolved in the next major update. In the meantime, you can use the following workaround:

Click on one of the plugs within the component.
In the settings menu, select "Edit In- and Outputs".
In the dialog that opens, click "Save".

This should correct the plug indexes.

Let me know whether this resolves the issue on your end.
