Better NonText and lightline colors?

I use guicolors in terminal and looks like the colorscheme doesn't set good colors for NonText and lightline:

• Bold blue for NonText comes from NeoVim defaults because typewriter doesn't set it (both for light or dark).

• Color merge happens because backgroud is #EEEEEE for Normal and lightline middle.

Aside that, it would be nice to have optional italics, as mentioned in logico/typewriter#4.

NonText tildes is fixed.
