Add: No asterisks when typing password in terminal

Some students were confused that you don't see asterisks when you type a password in bash.
This could be mentioned to avoid confusion.

To add to this, we should come to a consensus on what we want to teach students when it comes to creating passphrases for their SSH keys. I'm of the mindset that it's not generally necessary for an ssh key on a private computer (whether that's work or personal). However, we have two options:

1. Don't have students enter passphrases for their SSH keys, and actively tell them that they don't need a passphrase for the use case we are teaching them.
2. Tell students they can enter passphrases, but they should then be cached with ssh-agent. Adding the password adds a layer of security to their SSH key, but it's realllyyy annoying (i.e. enter the password for every git push if they don't cache the password) and they run the risk of forgetting the password --> would need to make a new SSH key then.)

I suggest to recommend not to use a passphrase. This is exactly that extra layer of security that prevents people from using a feature at all ...
I personally stopped using that.

Agreed.

Plan: clarify in the tutorial that students should not make passphrases. I will add a footnote about why and include a footnote or optional section about caching a passphrase with ssh-agent.
