Can't delete lines

Since this seems to be the first issue, hopefully it is taken kindly. It doesn't seem a line item can be deleted. I changed the original "Expenses" to "Shopping", and renamed the line items but I only need two in the Shopping category so I wanted to delete the last item.

I think created another line as a test and same thing happened so there are two blank lines that I am trying to delete.

This project has potential as I am looking for a YNAB alternative and this is pretty close.

Thanks for posting this issue! Yes, currently deleting a category isn't supported, but I plan to implement very soon. The reasoning is because I need to account for recategorizing any existing transactions and budgeted amounts that already exist into another category. I will likely implement 'hiding' of categories first which will at least help with the clutter in the UI to begin with.

I'll keep this issue open for tracking purposes.

I experienced a web UI glitch where adding an account didn't give any feedback, and I ended up creating several of the same account trying to work around it. I now have ~10 identical accounts, and I can't delete any of them. Please tell me you're working on a way to delete accounts as part of this general delete issue?

Is this app dead? Because you said active dev in 2022 and I can't rename an empty line in 2024. Seems like a basic feature. I empty saved by mistake and now I'm stuck with it. I'm uninstalling and will go back to actualserver in hope that one day you update your app. It looks promising and the interface is pleasing.
