As a Debian beginner, I'm having trouble with the link provided in the email to retrieve the file.
When I click on it, I get a 404 error both internally and externally.
Could you tell me which module I should look at?

What is your use case ? You want to do an internal or external share ?
As I see, you try to share a user internal download link url and you can't do that.
You need to share the file to get the link in the mail received an so the link will be as describe in https://linshare-user._domain_name/files/received?fileUuid=XXX
