Linshare 6.5.3 and changelog

I saw that version 6.5.3 has been available for download since March 4th, which apparently fixes the issue of incorrect download links (#372), a problem we encounter daily.

However, the changelog hasn't been updated yet.
Is it possible to update the changelog so we can use this much-anticipated version?
