Support for perfomance profiles as part of role deploy? #61

This came up on irc the other day, so @sgallagher told me to file this here.
One thing that roles do on Windows Server is to set the appropriate performance profile as part of setting up the role. This is good if you set up a file server and want to optimize for network and storage throughput (at the cost of power consumption).
Distros like Fedora and RHEL comes with the library tuned and provided the system can identify the right performance role for say, the database role, maybe this would be a good fit for rolekit.
