Implement a CI test framework

Github has excellent support for CI infrastructures (particularly Jenkins). We should set up CI tests using Jenkins (possibly hosted on OpenShift) to validate that our roles continue to deploy properly on newer versions of Fedora (and also have optional tests with the updates-testing repositories enabled).
