`rolectl list instances` should color-code instances

It would be very useful if (on terminals that support color) we displayed the list of instances with color-coding based on their status:
- Default color: Ready-To-Start
- Green: Running
- Yellow: Transitional State (Deploying, Decommisioning, etc.)
- Red: Error
