Bundle any files in target after build

Useful for including stuff you'll need at runtime, for a specific example https://github.com/lde-org/curl-sys is gonna need this for including a .pem file

Actually for that usecase just going to embed a lua file. So this is very low priority as there's still no good way to go about this

Well, it could be done via converting all files into .lua equivalents so they could be accessed via require(), which would be basically identical to what javascript bundlers like bun or vitest do except with import {} syntax.

Before this i'll test out the design in my arisu project to see how well it works first.
