Summary
Add a task/workflow detail surface in ao-desktop that shows agent messages, phase decisions, action summaries, timestamps, and terminal states in chronological order. Include loading, empty, disconnected, and daemon-error states; distinguish implementation, QA/review, rework, and blocked phases; support refresh or live updates using the existing daemon connection pattern; and keep secrets/raw credentials out of the transcript UI.

Add focused tests or a documented manual verification path for the new timeline.
