How to detect if a file is modified (or deleted or a new document)

So mainly, I don't know how to set it up--where "if any file in this folder is modified (the content)--perform action".
I'm sorry, I'm very new to this lol.

Would probably be an option to add (which is available on Hazel).
I switched over to Hammerspoon by the way! Until this feature can be added! <3

Hey @Techienaut! You can actually do this already using Date Last Modified 🙂

You can create a rule using Date Last Modified as the condition, which should cover your use case of triggering an action when a file's content has been modified.
