iBT File Tire Wear

Hello,
I am currently building a ML project for race strategies. I have most of my data completed, but I wanted to get more info on tire wear collection. I understand that the wear isn't collected live, but rather at each pitstop. I am looking to see if there is a way around this issue, or if this just something I have to work through. It's an issue that can hurt the data pool I am collecting, so I want to see if there is a way to calculate or collect wear at any given point rather than invalidate files with no tire delta. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
