"QRemeshify section" not appearing when pressing N (transform menu)

I'm doing a quick model for someone, its pretty simple actually, but since I'm pretty new with blender, ofc, the topology its trash, i was hoping this add-on would help me, but the QRemeshify that should appear on the side its not appearing, I'm unsure of what's causing this issue, I would love some help e.e
