Some of the scripts, e.g. {pbs,sge}run_METAART.sh assume that binaries can be found in paths such as:
$HOME/git/proxigenomics/simulation/hic_simulator/src/metaART.py
This is a problem when using the pipeline on a GVL CloudMan cluster because $HOME is not shared storage.
