Get upvote system in place for car brands

• Change INIT on POJO API to pull from another API with more brands
• Create thumbs up and thumbs down
• Show count for the number of upvotes
• Ability to add cars to be judged
• Pull brands from an API
• Possibly have search to easily find brands
