Improve monitoring of recent data push

• show timestamp of the last data update. I should be alerted if the gh action succeeded, but the data is stale
• show failed scrapes titles, user should know what might be missing from the kinobok map
• have some metrics dashboard (how many screenings for past month, how many failed scrapes, etc.)
