UX improvements

The current menu system is getting hard to maintain and harder to use. Something has to be done.

One possible solution:

• Remove toolbar horizontal swipe gesture
• One static toolbar button (burger menu) that opens popup of additional tools
• When tool is selected, popup is dismissed, and the rest of toolbar is used for possible additional tools for the selected tool, e.g. color settings, apply for text, image, clipboard, shader settings for shader tool.

The image below shows about all the tools (all 5 current toolbars), but the selection will be reduced to show only the main tools (circled)
