Option to ignore System dependencies

First thanks for the amazing module, I use it for a long time!

My suggestion is simple, an option during export to ignore System dependencies, so it can be agnostic.

In this screenshot I exported some macros that are universal, but was on an Alien RPG system, they activate in any world, but do not appears on the Compendiums in other systems, the module.json file defines the Module as Agnostic, but the pack as system dependent.

In this case the pack is also agnostic, so I need to manually delete the line and the Comma ' , ' just before to make it works.

If this can be done would be awesome, also I don't remember this in the V9 version.
