Non media files cannot be overwrited #10

Hello, thank you for including the ability to create Manifest Urls for forms. I created one last week using this feature and it went fine. Now I have changed some things within the compendia and wanted to update everything, manifest url and all included.
While C2M was creating the Module I was notified on screen "You may not upload non-media files which would overwrite an existing file on the server".
In fact then it happened that opening the Manifest URL from the browser, the text inside module.json still bore the previous module version numbers.

I don't know if it's an issue of C2M itself, but I wanted to report this, since I don't have direct access to the raspberry that hosts me and having to edit the files by hand would make everything cumbersome, but I'm aware that if the problem is only related to my condition, I can't expect the problem to be solved through the module.
