Build JMdict parser + database-structure #2

Description

@janlucaklees

The JMdict can be found here: http://www.edrdg.org/jmdict/j_jmdict.html

Currently we have no parser for parsing words from the JMdict database. There is a bit of code fetching some things from the xml file using xpath. But it's far from finished.

The main problem is how to lay out the data-structure for the database.
I am still not fully understanding Japanese words there. It seems like a work can have different ways of writing it with kanji as well as different readings. And then different writings may have different meanings. like 熱い and 暑い both read 'atsui' and meaning hot. But one referring to things and the other one referring to weather. So this is a rather complex topic. And I am sure there are even more things to consider.

A look at the unofficial jisho.org api might help: http://jisho.org/api/v1/search/words?keyword=house
