Updated docker image from 0.5.6 to 0.6.0 and lost my workspaces

Describe the bug
I have updated the docker image to 0.6.0 from 0.5.6 and couldn't see my workspace. I was asked to create a new one.

Expected behavior
I expect to see my current workspace

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Linux
• Browser Firefox
• Node version [e.g. 20]
• App version/commit 0.5.6/0.6.0

Additional context
I was able to come back to 0.5.6 and found my workspace. I have ran the migrate image when migrating to 0.6.0. It would be less confusing to have the migration inside the kan image and not as a separate process (see gitea, outline, etc..)

I had the same issue and had to manually run some SQL in the kan-db container. I noticed errors saying certain columns were missing and was able to figure out the missing SQL to run with the help of Claude, going through the migrations.

Edit:
I had to run this first because the isArchived flag was there, but the migration table never updated that it ran for some reason:

Not sure if you'll get the same errors, but I was coming from 0.5.4, and it would load and then act like I had no workspace. After running these and one more restart, everything showed back up.

My best guess after the first error is that the ALTER TYPE ... ADD VALUE statement is failing when running in a nested transaction block and caused the additional errors.
