Settings menu for boards and lists

✨ Feature Request

Right now, settings for board and lists are scattered around the place (e.g. Visibility, board link) hence restricting screen estate. Also I would like more settings available (e.g. background colors for both) in the future.

A drop down / context menu item on board and list that opens up a settings modal.
