Moodle plugins directory won't auto-install the newest version of the plugin (2026042700) on Moodle 4.5

In Moodle plugins directory, the newest version of the plugin called

Version for Moodle 4.5 onwards (2026042700)

won't automatically install on Moodle 4.5.x sites (when you have your Moodle Site installation set up in My sites on moodle.org).
Instead, it tries to install the older version

Version for Moodle 4.1 onwards (2025101300)

This is because the newest version is listed as only for Moodle 5.1, 5.2:

This is probably just a minor misconfiguration on the release settings in Moodle Plugins site, because I checked version.php of the plugin itself and it is correct.

It's deliberate. 5.1 and 5.2 users (and self-managed 5.0 and 4.5) have not yet reported problems with the new version, so soon I'll allow it for 5.0 and 4.5 plugins DB users and hope all stays well.
