Can't access my own account

I've had issues with both the app and the login on the website. Whenever I try to log into my account is says that there's something wrong with my crdentials, when I try to ise the forgot password thing it just tells me that my email isn't registered. However when I try to sign up for an account it says that both my username and email are already taken, which makes sense since I was the one who made the account. So if something is wrong with the email that is "allegedly" not being used or anything then why does it say that i alreafy have an account?
