Notification

I just wanted to say that this is an absolutely awesome tool! For old TV shows where you have to choose between quality, working subtitles, or manual work (manually processing subtitles for synchronization), it's a godsend.

It would be awesome to have some sort of notification after each run (Apprise integration or the ability to run a script, anything).
