Subsyncarr is not generating ffsubsync.srt subtitles

Hi,

Since yesterday Subsyncarr stopped generating ffsubsync.srt files.

Logs show everything goes as planned. But the .srt files aren't created. Anyone has a clue?

Are the files actually not present, or do they just not have correct permissions? can you ls -al the directory on both the host machine and the docker instance?

I'm confused as I didn't change any configs, as far as I know and have used Subsyncarr for thousands of subtitles already.

Fow now I tried default changing the PGID & PUID to 1000:1000 and 0:0 in the compose but so far it doesn't seem to affect anything.

I have the same issue, running subsyncarr in docker on my Synology nas, fresh install, log states ffsubsync result: Successfully processed, the file does not appear, docker has read write access to the folder, no hidden files. Tried adding and changing PGID and PUID in my docker compose file which also makes no difference.
EDIT: It seemed to be a right issue, although docker and my admin user had read/write rights to the folder and files, granting read/write access to this folder for everyone seemed to have fixed the issue.
