Sync only specific languages

Would be nice to have a option to sync just the specified list of languages instead of syncing all languages it can find. This is because sometimes there are a lot of subtitles for a lot of languages when you only need one or two of them.

It could look up the language from the file name if it matches ENGLISH or EN or whatever.
