Spamming Click Button over a Block Causes it to Teleport

If you click several times any block in the program area, it will magically teleport for no reason.

This is due to the variables orX and orY storing the wrong relative position of the mouse pointer within the block while dragging it because $(evt.currentTarget).offset() sometimes returns oddly large numbers. Also tried evt.currentTarget.getBoundingClientRect() and got the same results.
