Poor Quality of JCAT Logo's #30

Description

@joebenassi

In the "res/images/" and "Git-Resources/" folders, there are JCAT logos whose halo-like ovals are of poor quality. The following procedure to fix them should be considered:

  1. Download the pictures and remove the halos.
  2. Import them into Microsoft Word, and drag-and-drop replacement ovals.
  3. Take a screenshot, crop the screenshot, and there should be better-looking ovals.

If it is desirable to modify the logo, the steps used to create the current Logo may be useful:

  1. Open Microsoft Paint, and start with a black background.
  2. Type "J" in plain Arial with its current color.
  3. Type "CAT" in plain Arial with its current color.
  4. Reduce the height of the top of the "J", and put it in its current location.
  5. Draw two ovals in the current color.
