Automatically loaded tabs are sometimes non-adjacent

This might be impossible to fix, but worth noting at https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/tabpreloader/ and https://github.com/jmozmoz/tabPreLoader#readme …

Visual adjacency sometimes differs from logical adjacency (whatever logic is used to determine left and right (or above and below, where vertical tabs are used)).

This might be more noticeable where a user's management of tabs includes extensions that alter the visuals. I think first of extensions that can:

• categorise, fold or nest – examples include Tab Sidebar and Tree Style Tab
• hide – examples include Simple Tab Groups.

Also noticeable where order is changed manually? (Control-Shift-Page up, for example.) I'm not sure.

I suspect that this issue makes it difficult for me to diagnose things in #8 (at least, whilst Simple Tab Groups is enabled).

Simple Tab Groups uses the tabs.hide() API, if that's relevant.

Honestly, I don't expect you to fix this issue but if you do plan to do so, I imagine that you might find relevant code (subject to license) somewhere in the Tree Style Tab area. I imagine this because Tree Style Tab does seem to maintain a good sense of adjacency when using Page up and Page down with modifier keys to navigate from one tab to the next, or move tabs up and down. A better sense of adjacency than at least one alternative extension that places tabs in the sidebar.
