Reproject Data to EPSG:5325

Description:
Reproject the extracted Zarr chunks from native Sentinel-2 projection (UTM) to Iceland's coordinate system (EPSG:5325 - ISN2004 / Lambert 2004).

Tasks:

• Identify native CRS of Sentinel-2 data (UTM zone)
• Use rioxarray or similar library for reprojection
• Reproject B03 and B11 bands to EPSG:5325
• Ensure spatial resolution is preserved (10m for B03, 20m for B11)
• Align reprojected data with 10 km × 10 km grid cell
• Handle potential edge effects during reprojection

Acceptance Criteria:

• All bands are in EPSG:5325 coordinate system
• Spatial extent matches candidate cell bounds in EPSG:5325
• No data gaps or artifacts from reprojection
• Pixel resolution is appropriate (10m/20m)
