Interrupt in too often when connect with usbip-win2

I recently created a CCID emulator with this project, and it need interrupt in interface to indicate the card is present.
I connect to the server with usbip-win2, the interrupt in endpoint would be called every few microseconds regardless the actual interface descriptor describe.
I forked and create a patch summershrimp@4171867 but may only a workaround.
