Numpy class

Numpy is a python staple that could definitely satisfy all the requirements of a Noisebridge class.

1. Approachable (requires installing numpy, could be done in an online coding environment)
2. Has a generally useful programming topic (c types)
3. Has something that makes Python special (operator overloading and protocols)
4. Moves people closer to making a cool project. (Rasberry Pi, photoshop art)
