Arabic Extended-B hasn't been added yet

Arabic Extended-B, and other Unicode Blocks from Unicode 14.0 haven't been added to Unicodes yet for no reason what so ever. Instead, they are changed into the next block (like Arabic Extended-B changed to Arabic Extended-A).

The same problem now happens with Cyrillic Extended-D and other blocks from Unicode 15.0 or later. Characters from Unicode 15.1 or later don't have names.

Although character names from the latest version do show up, corresponding blocks were not added.
