Seems like Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview model is not currently available via Gemini for Google Cloud google-gemini/gemini-cli#13284

We can just get access to the models gemini-cli can access, meaning models like 3.1 are not accessible.

If you are getting this error while using a model like 2.5-flash, then follow the the troubleshooting guide https://github.com/jenslys/opencode-gemini-auth#troubleshooting

I'm seeing this for Gemini 3 Flash Preview (all variants), which still works with Gemini CLI. Gemini 2.5 Pro model seems to work.
