What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?
Ubuntu 22.04 Linux with most recent patches and Eclipse Temurin Java 25.0.2.
Reproduction steps
- Run the container image and login to the image from a web browser (like http://jenkins.example.com:8080)
- Create a notifyCommit token from the "Manage Jenkins" / "Security" page
- Paste http://jenkins.example.com:8080/git/notifyCommit?url=https://github.com/MarkEWaite/implied-labels-plugin&token=your-notifyCommit-token and note that the response is an exception. Read the Jenkins log where it shows:
