Cannot install in 2024-03

I have tried installing via the Marketplace and via "Install new software". The result is the same.

Details:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
 Software being installed: Jeeeyul's Themes 2.3.23.I20230324-104319 (net.jeeeyul.eclipse.themes.feature.feature.group 2.3.23.I20230324-104319)
 Missing requirement: Jeeeyul's Themes 2.3.23.I20230324-104319 (net.jeeeyul.eclipse.themes.feature.feature.group 2.3.23.I20230324-104319) requires 'org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu; org.w3c.css.sac 0.0.0' but it could not be found

Do I need to install something else first? Batik :-/?

same thing with Jeeeyul's Themes version 2.3.26.I20240319-145411 on eclipse RCP 2024-03R

Spring STS 4.22 (Eclipse 2024-03): Jeeeyul's Themes 2.3.26.I20240319-145411 can be installed successfully.

workaround : add manually the "javax-inject.jar"package (maybe the one from maven central will work version 1.0.0, personnally I use the file from an older eclispe installation (2022-09) -> "javax.inject_1.0.0.v20220405-0441.jar") directly into your eclipse/plugin directory. restart your eclispe and add the jeeeyul's theme! enjoy!

You can also add "http://download.eclipse.org/efxclipse/runtime-released/3.9.0/site" to your Preferences >Install/Update > Available Software Sites and the plugin should install correctly.
