[Feature Request] - Three Decimal Points

It would be quite useful if we could go to three (3) decimal points for fuel quantity and amounts. We use 1000 sub-units to a unit of currency here, so other systems are also setup to go to three (3) decimal points.

I agree. Worth noting that it's not only 1000-subunit currencies: fuel in much of Europe is priced to three decimals (€1.859/L), so per-unit rates need the precision even where the currency has two.

Doing some digging, it looks more like precision lost on save than a display issue.

formatCurrency uses Intl.NumberFormat with no explicit fraction digits, so
it already renders each currency's native precision (3 for KWD/BHD/OMR, 2 for
EUR). But FuelLogForm.svelte rounds before that: roundNumber(data.cost) and
roundNumber(data.fuelAmount) (lines 173/176), where roundNumber defaults to
2 decimals. rate is saved with roundTo(data.rate, 3), and the same form even
derives fuelAmount to 3 decimals on line 122 before saving it at 2 — so the
two-decimal limit looks like an oversight rather than a decision. The inputs are
step=".001", so the third decimal is invited and then silently dropped.

To be confirmed of course and I'm in now way an expert on this, but it appears to be a somewhat simple fix.
